FLOOR COATING PROCEDURE POLY PRO (TM) POLYUREA

Floors

Preparation 

A properly prepared surface is 95% of the success of even the best coating. Please consult your ReNew® representative for proper preparation of your surface. 

Primer 

Apply 2-4 mils of specified ReNew® Primer to surface, allow a minimum of 15 minutes to cure. Apply by rollers and detail with brush. Follow all directions and MSDS information. 

Coating

Apply 6-8 mils of PolyArmor Pro (TM) topcoat to primed surface. Be sure to patiently work the product into the primed surface, this may require 2-3 passes. If anti-skid surface is desired, add to desired saturation after you rework the first coat. Allow to cure for 2-3 hours. Lock down coat for anti-skid system should be now applied at 4-6 mils coverage and allowed to cure for (8) hours minimum. 

This product can be spray, brush and roller applied. The above system utilizes the roller and brush applications.
