Decontamination
of Surface
Apply EC 660 All Surface Cleaner at 30 - 50 to one ratio at 250 sf
per gal to surface, allow to stand for 5 minutes,
agitate with brush, allow to stand for 10 minutes
and power-wash clean. Vacuum water and dispose of
legally, or add 50-150 parts per gallon to
contained waste, agitate, pump to separator and
dispose of products legally.
Emulsify Surface
Apply Shocon to surface at 250 sf per gallon at 3
to 1 ratio. Agitate surface with water and power
brush. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, do not
allow to dry. Power-wash surface with water,
vacuum water and dispose of legally.
Blast Surface
Blast existing coating from substrate while
creating an acceptable profile for new coating
system. Dispose of blast media and waste legally,
we suggest utilizing vacuum blasting and vacuum scrabbling for best environmental results.
Emulsifying Surface
Apply Shocon to blasted surface at 250 sf per
gallon at 3 to 1 ratio and power-wash after 10
minutes. Vacuum and dispose of water legally.
Neutralizing Surface
Apply Flash at 250 sf per gallon at full strength
to surface to be coated. Allow to stand for 10
minutes or until a foam-like product appears.
Wash or wipe surface, vacuum and dispose of water
legally.
Surface is now ready for coating system. Read all MSDS
Information prior to using any of the above
referenced products and follow a proper PPE
program for their use.
