• Non-Hydrolyzable under Normal Conditions. Inert to Moisture During Application, Curing Cycle and Life of the Product. 
• Application Temperature Range: 0° F Minimum with No Maximum. 
• Excellent Adhesion to Essentially All Construction Materials Such as Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized, Concrete, Masonry, Block, Wood, Hardboard, Etc. 
• Ultra-Violet Resistant. 
• Fungus Resistant. 
• Excellent Crack Filler (Caulk) and Sealer. 
• Good Low Temperature Flexibility to below -20 F. 
• Good Elevated Temperature Properties to 350° F for Softer Systems and over 400° F for Harder Systems. 
• Excellent Abrasion Resistance.
